The first edition of modern nutrition in health and diseases appeared 50 years ago a brief history efficient and officers in all additional study is presented on page ix. This edition continuous the goal of providing an updated, comprehensive, and authoritative text and reference work over the experts in their field. The close interaction of nutrition with various chronic diseases has become even more obvious since the complication publication of the previous edition. Accordingly, we have included more chapters and more information related to these interact and their connection with emphasis on the need of different approaches and the understanding, information, prevention, and management of these interrelated diseases.
