In this study, the researcher determined the extent of study habits as practiced in relation to the levels of reading proficiency of the intermediate pupils of Biluso Elementary School specifically the Grade V and Grade Vi pupils, to serve as basis for a proposed enhanced reading program. The descriptive-correlational method of research was used in this study. Questionnaires were employed in gathering data that measures the reading proficiency levels of the Grade V and Grade VI pupil-respondents.
