Summary: Primarily, this study was conducted to determine the extent of the implementation of RA 10627 and the academic performance of Grade 9 students of Governor Feliciano Leviste Memorial National High School during the year 2018-2019. The subject of the study which served as the respondents were 120 Grade 9 students and 30 Grade 9 teachers and other school personnels as basis for proposed Policy Formulation. This study used survey questionnaires to determine the extent of implementation of RA 10627 and the academic performance of the students. The findings of this study revealed that there is a low extent of bullying in the school since only few of the respondents experienced bullying. Based on the findings, majority of the respondents are aware of the bullying based on the RA 10627 known as Anti-Bullying Act of 2013. Majority of the students perform very satisfactory level in the academic performance.
