This study probed into the different encounters of burnout and its relationship with spiritual connection with God as an effective coping mechanism in the well-being among women Clergy of the United Methodist Church, Episcopal Area. Descriptive-multiple case design was employed. There were 2 subjects with highest level of spirituality and 2 subjects with lowest level of spirituality. The levels of burnout were measured in terms of cognitive, affective and behavioral aspects. Data were gathered from interview, observations, structured and projective tests as well as the inventory and evaluation checklists. Findings showed that the common sources of burnout include the ff.: low compensation, low self-esteem and self confidence, conflict within the family and workplace, too much responsibilities at home and work, lack of regular spiritual activities and no support group. The output was the proposed Psycho-Spiritual Counseling Program. (1 fig./4 tab;es)*ebc
