Dissertation note: Ed.D. Philippine Christian University Summary: This study sought to magnify the strengths and weaknesses of each sector involved in the CALABARZON project. The project aimed to tap not only the government sector but the private sector as well which was the real engine of industrialization and growth. Descriptive analysis method was utilized. Data were gathered from questionnaires, interviews and document analysis. It was proven that the CALABARZON project provided considerable gains to the country in terms of economic advancement. However, these economic advancement was not at par with the goals set at the very start. The damage to the environment did not stopped and unless counter measures were instituted, the project would produce more harm than good. The government should be able to sustain the operation by providing the much needed infrastructure to continue Project CALABARZON.*ebc
