This study utilized a descriptive survey and correlation method to answer the following questions: what is the family values of Grade 12 students of St. Michael's Institute at Bacoor City, Cavite in terms of physical, economical, social, and spiritual; what are the behavioral problems of the subject respondents in terms of aggressive behavior, delinquent-related behavior, withdrawing behavior, and non-compliant behavior; what is the level of academic performance of Grade 12 students; what are the implications of the family values to behavioral problems of the Grade 12 students; and what disciplinary policies can help students perform well in class.

This study sought to determine the family values, behavioral problem and academic performance of Grade 12 students. The participants are the Grade 12 students from St. Michael's Institute, Bacoor City, Cavite.
