Thesis (MAED) -- Philippine Christian University 2017.
This study was done for the purpose of testing the physical fitness of Grade 10 students in relation to their academic performance in P.E and Health as basis for a wellness program. The researcher was administered to 150 Grade 10 respondents. The tools used in gathering data included the questionnaire forms containing select physical fitness examination; likewise the indicated health and personal profile of the students which includes age, sex and health and P.E grades for the second quarter. The statistical treatment of the gathered data included frequency, percentage, weighted mean, and range.
